Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - egg and sausage
2nd B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - 1/2 McD's chicken sandwich and a very few fries 
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done  
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk, 10 leaning push-up, 10 squats and stretches

back on my old protein powder, over the last couple of months I have switched to Combat- and I really like it, the guy at the store gave me some samples of a new one, don't know the name of it but it was awful, I will stick to my regular one. But I must go get more chocolate

bagel with sf jelly

roast beef for supper and carrots, cabbage, and potatoes- from the garden

some type of dessert

vites: lots to go

exercites: not sure, I just got up and it is around noon

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
