D - a bunless cheese burger w/tomato and mayo
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
Laundry and housework

I'm on graveyard shift, so my meals yesterday and last night

Bites:

protein shake

leftover meatballs and rice

chocolate bar

donut

hamburger and milkshake

graveshift

yogurt and berries

-was full from the stuff I had eaten earlier in the day and I didn't need anything else

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1/2 hour walk and 1/2 hour bike ride

hurt my left arm and I am left handed so will be not doing much til it gets better

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Chocolate protein smoothie

Toppings off 2 slices of pepperoni & sausage pizza

Chocolate protein smoothie

6 slices turkey bacon

Fluids: 90+ oz.
