S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
D - 2 bunless beef hotdogs w/cheese and onions

VITES:
morning batch: done

evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending at bedtime
EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walks, 10 leaning push-ups, 10 squats and stretches

Yeah, I noticed today was a little low on protein. I hope you have better luck finding a protein powder.

- B: egg, toast, 1/2 quaker oatmeal bar
- L: greek yogurt w/ crushed graham cracker
- D: probably leftover salmon and potatoes
- S: carb smart ice cream bar
- 3-4 protein shakes
- some SF jello and popsicles
VITES: 2 of 4 batches in. slowly starting the iron in after a period of awful constipation
EXERCITES: went to the gym and did some arms, made a sorry attempt at planking, and jogged/walked on the treadmill for 25 min. i alternated between walking/jogging, but it was mostly jogging! don't like doing it, but it feels good that I can sustain it for a long time.
HW: 291 --- SW (3/10/15): 264 --- CW (12/31/15) 153
Not a thing wrong with walk-jogging. Keep at it. Great job today! : )

It's the weekend.
Bites:
B - protein shake
L - eggs and mayo - lazy persons egg salad
S - cottage cheese and crackers
D - crab cakes and potatoes
S - Complete Cookie
S2 - 2 parmesan crispy chicken strips
Vits - all in
Exercites - 90 minutes on the bike but it was like pulling my own teeth. I wanted to turn around after the first couple of miles let alone at each hill. I think I need
a day off - probably Sunday.
I admire you for your stick-to-it bike riding. So, take a break and get right back on.
