Bites: Good food day. I wish they were all like this.
B-protein shake
L - cottage cheese and a smokie
D - grilled chicken thighs
S1 - crackers and swiss
S2 - beef jerky
Vits - all in except zinc and I'll have that done before I turn in.
Exercites: Bike and second coat of stain on the shed. Thank goodness that is done
Although I have a quarter of a gallon can and I may find some spots to fini**** up
on over the weekend.
All you need is a big wooded fence for all your painting needs.
