fat soluble vits - best time to take

I've been taking my dry vits in the middle of the night.  When I was taking 3-50k Vit D, it was going down.  3 months after taking in the middle of the night with one dose of calcium, I went from 62 to 114 (I was still taking 2-50k), cut back to 1.  I'd pretty much maintained 100-120 until my last labs when my D dropped to 84.  I've been adding in 1 - 3 extra during the week. and 1 or 2 extra Vit A.  I take calcium 3x/during the day and try to 2-3 in the night/early morning depending on how many times I'm up during the night.  My PTH stays between 25-30 with a high D and lots of calcium.

It's amazing how many thing effect vitamin effectiveness, I do 1 50k now with calcium and try the other one in-between doses, I take my thyroid meds in the night and calcium fights the thyroid stuff so that's out although I could move one of the D's to night time. I haven't seen anything where D degrades synthroid but I'll have to run that by my endocrinologist.
