Happy Thursday, I have a short 4 hour shift this afternoon at work, so not to bad

Exercites: 2-3 hour bike ride, stopped at the farmers market and my sisters new store on my travels, what a fantastic morning.

It is so different now than my first 2 years where I worried all the time about getting in my protein. Now I see that sometimes I get in way more than I intended which is a better problem to have but I wonder if I'm not letting my portions get bigger than they should for maintenance or slow weight loss.
Kind of a big stomach day today....
Bites:
B - protein shake
S - greek yogurt and 2 turkey sticks
L - grilled chicken thighs with mayo
S - cheese and crackers
D - breaded parmesan chicken strios
S - Compete cookie
S2 - 2 large smokies
Vits - all in
Exercites: LOL. I took a look at the calorie totals on myFitnessPal and decided I needed extra bike time - 2 hours and finished just before the rain came. :)
I know my portions are bigger and I'm sure not losing this way. {sigh}
