Gina, what are leaning push ups? Is it standing next to a wall and doing push ups vertically?

I lean against the kitchen island. I guess it's about a 45 degree angle. I hurt my back so bad doing the regular push-ups for Uncle Sam...never again.

Mostly a good day. Did get in some extra exercise.
B - protein shake
S - yogurt and 2 turkey sticks
L - crackers and swiss cheese
D - crispy chicken strips
S - ham and provolone slices
S2 - 2 Complete cookies
Vits - all in
Exercites. I painted my shed... Stained actually. Not a big shed but the first thing I've painted in 20 years and the first time I've been physically capable of doing outside in 7 or 8 years. Thank you DS.
Good thing it was just a shed because as a painter I make a good shoemaker as my Dad used to say (or something like that).
Also got in 90 minutes on my bike. I got t try out my light since I rode past dusk. It does better on letting people see me as opposed to seeing the path I was on.
I was thinking, "wax on, wax off". Painting or waxing, still great exercise.
