I spent a couple of days carbing out and goofing off but back to the plan.... I am trying to get used to also entering my food into a smart phone app MyFitnessPal. Right now I'm just using regular calorie counts but I ran across some adjustments that would allow me to take into account the malabsorption. I'm not quite sure I want to do that. I did adjust my goals so I am aiming for more protein and less carbs. Numbers are still high but the overall ratios seem right.
B-protein shake
S - Complete brand cookie
L - ham and swiss slices
S - rtiz crackers
D - cotttage cheese and beets
D2 - crispy chicken strips
S - 2 power crunch bars
Vits: all in - ordered some K2 and calcium citrate from vitamin Shoppe today on a BOGO sale. I go off and on for the K2 depending on my mood.
Exercites - back on the bike - 90 minutes. Slacked off a couple of days.
I made adjustments to MyFitnessPal as well and added more exercise to sort of compensate for the malabsorption. A little wonky but it worked for me.
