S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - chef salad
S - Greek yogurt
D - bunless cheese burgers w/tomato and mayo
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks, 30 leaning push-ups, 30 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all working
