First day back to work after vacation is always rough. My assistant did a beautiful job keeping my desk clear while I was gone. I, however, undid her magic in less than an hour.

Happy Monday- enjoyed my day off today - got lots done around home with hubby. Back to work tomorrow, but just for the day, I'm off again Wed and Thurs.

1/2 bagel with jam

Exercites: just housework and moving furniture

A little late but sleep caught up with me early last night.
Bites:
B - protein shake
L - cottage cheese and dutchloaf lunchmeat
S - power crunch bar
D - grilled hamburgers, brussel sprouts, potato salad
S - finished the potato salad
S2 - ice cream sandwich
Vits - all in
Exercites - 90 minutes biking (15 miles)
I may have overdone the brussel sprouts. It just seemed to sit in my stomach most of the evening. Not sure what else it could have been. Cest la vie!
