Pre-B - 3 coffees w/1/2 & 1/2 or HWC
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - Cheetos
D - 2 bunless cheese burgers
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
maybe some walking....going in to the office (worked 11 hours... no walking)

Wow what a day...........emptied out a storage container, my son had a friend and they took two load of his stuff, I used my car for 3 loads and my brother used his truck to haul 6 plastic bins, then we went to Dundurn to get an apt size freezer - so for exercise I loaded a car on my own 3 times and hauled it all up two flights of stairs, then arranged it in my apt to have it out of the doorway. Then hauled up some of the plastic containers to. Then took a load to the dump. The storage container is empty, now I have to go through this stuff. So it was a busy day.

Bites:

protein shake

hamburger and a few fries

chicken and a few fries

muffin - small

few chips, tried a new flavour they were aweful

Vites: all in

Exercites: moving boxes and bins

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Ordered a hoagie from the deli: black pepper turkey, sharp provolone, roasted red peppers

ate 1/2 for lunch. Pulled off 1/2 the roll 

vanilla protein smoothie 

M&M w/ peanuts

Dinner: other 1/2 of hoagie

macadamia nuts

protein decaf iced coffee

vites: bedtime batch pending

fluids: 100 oz.
