EXERCITES:
4 -15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day to work

Putting in a closet organizer system. Should be fairly easy for a 4 ft closet, right? Yeah, um, nope. Day 2 still not finished. LOL.

Bites:
B-protein shake
S - greek yogurt w/blueberries and a smokie
L - breaded fish fillets
S - provolone cheese and pork slices (Deli)
D - breaded fish fillets
S - ice cream
S2 - jerky
Vits - all in
Exercites - continuing with the biking, 100 minutes. I really need to add strength for the upper body and stretches.
Great job! I'm glad I added the leaning push-ups every day, they help with tone and strength. Plus a little bit of help with core strength, and my back really needs that.
