BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - 2 coffees w/1/2 & 1/2 
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - protein coffee (30g)
L - salad w/buffalo chicken strips
S - peanuts
D - chicken tenders w/celery, carrots and ranch dressing
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/peanuts on top

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 -15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day to work

yogurt and berries with a bit of granola

sandwich and pudding

small bag of cheese puffs

pretzels in chocolate

chicken and rice and corn

ice cream

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min aquasize and 15 min lane swim

Putting in a closet organizer system.  Should be fairly easy for a 4 ft closet, right?  Yeah, um, nope.  Day 2 still not finished. LOL.

2 soft boiled eggs w/ ham, & buttered rye toast smooshed in

Pepperoni slices, spicy cheese curds, GF pretzels

 M&Ms

toppings off 3 slices of pizza

Hi all,

Bites:
B-protein shake
S - greek yogurt w/blueberries and a smokie
L - breaded fish fillets
S - provolone cheese and pork slices (Deli)
D - breaded fish fillets
S - ice cream
S2 - jerky

Vits - all in
Exercites - continuing with the biking, 100 minutes. I really need to add strength for the upper body and stretches.

Great job! I'm glad I added the leaning push-ups every day, they help with tone and strength. Plus a little bit of help with core strength, and my back really needs that.
