Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - 2 coffees w/1/2 & 1/2 
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - protein coffee (30g)
L - going out to a BBQ place (TBD) -- a few bites of a buffalo chicken strip salad. Good but couldn't relax enough to eat.
S - 
D - shrimp nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/peanuts on top

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: pending
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none--going to HQ today, stressed but not in a negative way

Bites:

protein shake

yogurt and berries with a sprinkle of granola

weiners and beans - old leftovers

steak and pot and carrots

bit of ice cream

3 little sticks of a chocolate bar

few cheezies with scrabble game lol got to love scrabble

Vites: all in

Exercites: 2 hours of bike riding, it was intense, wow

Soft boiled egg w/ cubed ham, 1/2 slice of well buttered rye toast all smooshed into the egg

protein decaf iced coffee

Red Lobster w/ GF: 1 biscuit 

crab legs

1/2 ear of corn

few mini potatoes

tossed salad 

vanilla protein smoothie 

M&Ms

GF pretzels w/ peanut butter & organic honey

I may or may not test to see if the leftover salad is ok to eat. It sat in the car for a couple of hours but I want it!

Did a little better on evening food choices but I still need to try and get some more control eating at night. Working on it though.  :)

Bites:

B-protein shake
S - greek yogurt and a smokie
L - cottage cheese and a home made hamburger
S - ice cream
D - home made hamburgers
S - hamburger munching
S - pretzels
** No bread with the burgers **
Vits - all in
Exercites - 12 miles on a new bike trail. It was more of an adventure. I slipped the chain on my bike and by the time I got it back on I realized I need to start packing some wet wipes for cleanup detail. I turned around 3/4 of the way up a hill and decided enough was enough... Still fun.
