I may or may not test to see if the leftover salad is ok to eat. It sat in the car for a couple of hours but I want it!

Did a little better on evening food choices but I still need to try and get some more control eating at night. Working on it though. :)

Exercites - 12 miles on a new bike trail. It was more of an adventure. I slipped the chain on my bike and by the time I got it back on I realized I need to start packing some wet wipes for cleanup detail. I turned around 3/4 of the way up a hill and decided enough was enough... Still fun.
