D - fish nuggets and fresh tomato w/mayo

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done
EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
Standing at the computer all day to work

Ok So Monday didn't go so well, I have to let it go and start again today
Bites:
protein shake
banana
fish and sweet potato
small lunch size bag of chips and glass of pop
banana cream pie and tea - took son out in the afternoon
popcorn and chocolate bar and more pop - son then took me to a movie
1/2 turkey sandwich - hubby took me out to supper
stomach very sick, I think I want to die from the discomfort - been a while since I have had so much sugar
Vites: all in
Exercites: 30 min of interval training in the morning - sure felt good and it was a great way to start my day.
Morning went well lol afternoon was fun but not good food wise.

Howdy everyone. Here's my damage for the day. Being home and not on a schedule is a bad thing for me.
protein decaf coffee
1/2 bagel w/ sausage patties & scrambled egg. Took 2 bites, threw the protein out, ate the bagel.

Turkey bacon
cheese stick
donut
protein decaf iced coffee
handful of peanut M&Ms
small serving of chicken parmigiana
Iced vanilla protein smoothie

B - skipped

L - chicken strip and quinoa salad from the prepared foods section

D - boston market half chicken dinner, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes

Still struggling to get the night time eating under control
Vits:
All regular batches in - didn't start till 12:30 so I missed the extra calcium dose today
Exercites:
Leisurely 18 mile trip with my brother nad his wife. Iced tea at a coffee house half way.
Started using MyFitnessPal to track. We'll see how that goes.
