Pre-B - 3 coffees w/1/2 & 1/2 or HWC
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - chef salad  and protein shake (30g)
S - 
D - steak and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
Standing at the computer all day to work

I'm on days off til Wed -then I have 5 day shifts, so should be a great week to get back on track.

Bites: for Sunday- easier for me to be one day behind
protein shake

fish and sweet potato and beets

some cheezies

thats all I can remember, thank goodness I am tracking today

Enjoying a nice relaxing vacation day.

protein decaf coffee

Breakfast @ the diner:

fried egg sandwich. 2 eggs, double order of bacon, cheese. Managed to eat only 1 slice of toasted rye

protein decaf iced  coffee

few cheddar cheese cubes

handful of chips & GF pretzels

protein decaf coffee

2 homemade tacos w/ all the toppings

small slice of fresh blackberry pie. Ate all the filling & 1/2 the crust

protein decaf iced coffevites: all in

fluids: 100 oz.

Excellent!  My hubby loves blackberry cobbler...reminds him of when he was a kid and they would go out to pick wild blackberries and come home and make cobbler.
