hamburger and a few fries

Exercites: none - super tired just couldn't get it together

Missed posting yesterday. We went to the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame. 5 hr car ride, and 5 hrs of walking pooped me out.
Here's my damage for the day ( traveling 9 hrs)

1/2 hard boiled egg
protein decaf iced coffee
Burger King: spicy chicken fries
regular chicken fries
Few French fries
protein decaf iced coffee
ham & Swiss from the deli
few chips
pickles
1/2 donut
vanilla protein smoothie
vites: all in
fluids: 100 oz.

Sometimes the weekend really throws off my schedule and eating habits.
Bites as best as I ca remember:
B - protein shake
L -quinoa salad and crackers
S - ham and cheese slices
D - Arby's BLT and mozarella sticks ( only one bit of the bun...)
S - ice cream
s2 - cheese slices
vits all in
Exercites - 21 miles on my bike
