My first accountability post in like 5 years. Better now than never, right? Live and learn, tomorrow is a new day (plus Ill be stocked from the groceries).

I learned that I need to make lower carb lunches. I need to meal prep lunches. I need to cut out the pastries. I am looking into sweet alternatives like protein smoothies and fluff this week. Investing in ziplock containers.

We walked today. Then walked more taking in the sights. My DS eating plan was whacked, but some how I made it work.

Went to a food truck event. How wonderfully delicious. Had little nibbles here and there as we all shared our food findings:

Exercites: More bike riding. A little sore I went a little further out than I planned but hit 20 miles so maybe it was worth it.
