Hi guys,
Having Internet issues here on vacation. If you don't see the daily accountability post go ahead and start it without me.  Thanks.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - 3 coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake and a low carb ham & cheese wrap
S - peanuts
D - going to a wine pairing dinner tonight--it was good and we had great folks to share dinner and wine. I couldn't finish the wine at each dinner course but got enough buzz you'd certainly think so. I ate a few bites of each course but definitely didn't try to clean my plate. Crab cake, salad, chilled peach soup. rack of lamb, and a fruity tart kind of dessert
S -

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking and leaning push ups

Another day along:

B - protein shake
S - greek yogurt and crackers
L - roast beef and cheese
S - chips
D - chicken crispy strips
S - cookies

Vits - all in. I added an extra calcium batch. Last labs came back low normal - almost a point down from where they have been till now. Endo thinks I should add a little more dairy but I'm more comfortable adding a calcium dose to my day.

Exercites. 17 miles on my bike at dinner time. Not fast, I just moseyed along and enjoyed the evening.

Yeah, I agree, dairy isn't the greatest source of absorbable calcium for us. How were your PTH and D3 levels?

D3 levels were down but still in the normal range (from 58 to 48).  I just started this with my endo. She doesn't normally do PTH but I'll discuss with her on my next visit. At worst I'll get the PTH at my next bariatric visit. I didn't really go into why she felt my thyroid required the calcium check. I usually take whatever extra blood tests Docs want to run as just a plus for my tracking.
