L - Going out to a cooking demo w/lunch and wine==too much sugar in the recipes
S - more snacky stuff...will try to keep protein in mind

S - popcorn

driving the golf cart

D - steak from the grill   turned out pretty good
S - chocolate chip cookies
S2 - Mozarella cheese slices
