Pre-B - 3 coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - Going out to Chili's-1/2 a Quesadilla and a few fries 
S - more snacky stuff...will try to keep protein in mind
D - ham and cheese sandwich
S - popcorn

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking the toddler in his stroller

WOW, I didn't realize how hungry I was all day. Bottomless pit.

Vacations - sounds good. Have fun everybody. Early September for me I hope.

Exercites - just thought about it. Did a little too much the day before.
