BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - 3 coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - snacky stuff...will try to keep protein in mind
D - North Carolina BBQ, coleslaw, and a little potato salad
S - tomato sandwich

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
driving the golf cart...on vacation!

Small dinner roll with appropriate amounts of butter 

ice cream cone w/ my favorite guy

vanilla protein smoothie 

greek yogurt w/ blueberries

Thanks, Noreen. I'm just happy Vitalady was active on the boards when I was a newbie, otherwise I'd be a sad unhealthy failure.
