Some grits I can eat and actually want to eat.
You've no doubt heard about cauliflower rrice and many of us may have even tried it. Well now try cauliflower grits, or polenta. Grate the cauliflower until small like grits in consistency. Cook with butter in frying pan add cheese /cream to your liking and seasonings as well.
