Pre-B - 3 coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - salad and 2 bunless beef hot dogs
S - more snacky stuff...will try to keep protein in mind
D - skipped
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
driving the golf cart...on vacation!

And another week begins...

Bites:

B - protein shake
S - cottage cheese and crackers
L - 2 brats and a baked potato
S - 2 cheese and beef stick pack
D - rotissiere chicken
S - A couple of cookies

Vits - all in except the last batch. Down the hatch soon.

Exercites - A rousing success. 25 miles on my bike to pop me over 1000 for the season. More
on this in an update post later in the week but I'm very happy.

We're getting some rain here in the Shenandoah too. The golf course is a little swampy. Doesn't stop us though.
