D - Popeyes fish and buttered biscuits
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

i've done good at keeping my food down the last two days....getting barium swallow done tomorrow

Bites:

  • 3 protein shakes
  • key lime greek yogurt w/ crushed graham crackers
  • trail mix and string cheese
  • 2 oz chicken then a little bit of cauliflower, mashed potatoes and gravy
  • carb smart ice cream bar

VITES: 3 of 4 batches done

EXERCITES: 30 min walk

HW: 291 --- SW (3/10/15): 264 --- CW (12/31/15) 153
