S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - chips and dip
S - Peanuts
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

My schedule threw out my routine a little. I need to be a little more adapatable.
Still a work in progress.  :)

B - Skipped
S - greek yogurt
L - chicken and mayo
S - crackers and cheese
D - chicken thighs
S - beef and cheese sticks
S - cookies

I did pay the price for the cookies but feeling a little cleaned out to start

Good diet.  Man, you rally stuck to the low carb  - well, until you got to the cookies.

I looked at your profile - you have done a very good job with your surgery.  I wish you continued success.
