L - 2 low carb wraps w/ham & cheese
S - peanuts
D - chicken stir fry
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks, 30 leaning push-ups, 30 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

my boy kitty had surgery today. All is good. He's home now and still a bit wobbly. Poor buddy.
