EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day to work

Happy Thursday, last day off back to work tomorrow, but not till 11pm so I'm not sure that counts lol
Bites:
1/2 cottage cheese, small fruit cup, 1 slice toast, 2 breakfast sausages and some garden tomato
few cheezies with scrabble
salmon with potatoes and corn
brownie
Vites: all in
Exercites: nothing, lots of walking while getting groceries, I think that counts
Did I mention, my broken toe is still very tender, I am still wearing flip flops because I can't get a shoe on yet, I hope it gets better soon, this is my third week of discomfort with it.
