Scared - DS scheduled 8/10

Hello.  I'm new to the DS forum, so I've only just read your original post.  How have things progressed for you?  Are you having the surgery on the 10th?  I know you said you are feeling scared; I think we all were -- surgery is a major, life-changing decision.  I had to lose 25 lbs before my surgery, and I remember how tough it was, but I have no regrets, and I'd be glad to answer any questions or offer support if you'd like.  Best wishes.
