Did a little of this and a little of that today. Laundry, finished a book, cleaning, nap, and ate too many carbs. I feel bloated.

I so wish I could get control back. Hubby says I need to start going back to the office rather than working from home. {sigh}

I haven't been on in a while....i'm finally in onederland! still struggling with throwing up often, and with things that generally don't make me sick. i've contacted my surgeon's office and have an extra appt this week to evaluate.

BITES:

  • 3 syntrax nectar protein shakes
  • vanilla greek yogurt with some crushed graham cracker and granola...and a small piece of nectarine
  • poached egg with cheese and ham
  • a little taco (1/2 tortilla, some olives, chicken, refried beans, cheese)
  • carb smart ice cream bar
  • 2 SF popsicles
  • 72 oz water and working on more before bed

VITES: all in

EXERCITES: 30 min walk this AM

HW: 291 --- SW (3/10/15): 264 --- CW (12/31/15) 153

I'm glad you're going in to see the surgeon, sounds like getting scoped may be in order to see what's going on. Good luck!
