Did a little of this and a little of that today. Laundry, finished a book, cleaning, nap, and ate too many carbs. I feel bloated.

I haven't been on in a while....i'm finally in onederland! still struggling with throwing up often, and with things that generally don't make me sick. i've contacted my surgeon's office and have an extra appt this week to evaluate.
BITES:
- 3 syntrax nectar protein shakes
- vanilla greek yogurt with some crushed graham cracker and granola...and a small piece of nectarine
- poached egg with cheese and ham
- a little taco (1/2 tortilla, some olives, chicken, refried beans, cheese)
- carb smart ice cream bar
- 2 SF popsicles
- 72 oz water and working on more before bed
