L - tomato sandwich and protein shake (30g)
S - buttered popcorn
D - meat loaf and canned corn
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15-min walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer to work all day

Too many carbs today. Wonder why?  I usually binge eat when upset or emotional. Today was a good day.
