Pre-B - coffees w/HWC
B - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - low carb pancakes (cream cheese and eggs)
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - shrimp nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: skipping 
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer to work

S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - Greek yogurt
D - shrimp nuggets, tomato w/mayo and corn
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - 1/2 cup peanuts

VITES:

iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
