L - low carb pancakes (cream cheese and eggs)
S - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - leftover Chinese food
S - CarbSmart ice cream

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer to work
