Pre-B - coffees w/HWC
B - cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - slice of meat loaf
L - protein shake (30g)
S - a few leftover chicken nuggets 
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - shrimp nuggets and salad
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
Stand at the computer all day to work

It is raining harder than I can ever remember seeing. Sheets of rain. Wind gusts that just about took the huge patio umbrella away.  Poor hubs, he ran out to crank down the umbrella and in less than30 seconds he was dripping head to toe.
