Pre-B - coffees w/HWC
B - sausage
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - chicken tenders w/celery, carrots and ranch dressing
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
Stand at the computer all day to work

Corporate office meeting today. Thank Heavens they ordered from the deli and not that vegan hipster place. Hallelujah

fried shrimp for the ride home - 7 jumbo size (Which I packed in case said hipster lunch was present)

vites: missed afternoon batch (damn meeting)

fluids: 80+ oz.
