B - cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - babybel cheeses
L - protein shake (30g)
S - babybel cheese
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - 2 bunless beef hotdogs w/chili and cheese
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
Stand at the computer all day to work

Happy Friday, my days off are over and I am back at it, darn

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
