L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - fish nuggets
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
Stand at the computer all day to work

Happy Monday, I have been having to much fun over the summer, and my weight is showing it lol so back to real world

Exercites: none really slacking - will work on that this week

Back to the grind today. From the look of the highways, lots of folks must be vacationing.  Great for me. My normal 1 hour commute only took 25 minutes today. Nice, really nice.

Protein decaf coffee

Fried ham cubes

cheddar cheese

leftover buffalo chicken breast

mini carrots

2 handfuls of caramel popcorn

spoonful of mashed potatoes
