***Tuesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Hi guys,
Went to the office today so I didn't get all my exercise done but staying out of the kitchen at home helped with the grazing. I'm try intermittent fasting to see if it will shake things up and let me lose. I'm down a pound or so. It's 16 hours of fasting and an 8 hour eating window. It's high fat and low carb when I do eat. I've read that the heavy whipping cream does unfortunately break the fast due to carbs and protein in it but that's what I have in the fridge, and the diet seems to be working, so I may just keep doing the HWC.

Gina, you do ok with only 1 protein shake a day? I was wondering if I could cut back a little. Like maybe one less a day. Normally it's 4 a day for me.
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
cheddar cheese chunk
1/2 Ham & Swiss on rye toast
mini carrots
few chips
3 chocolates
iced Decaf protein coffee
toppings off 2 large slices of pepperoni & mushroom pizza. Ate top crust off 1 piece.
iced Decaf protein coffee
vites: playing catch up. Will have every batch in by bedtime
fluids: 90 oz.

I'm having labs done this week, so let's see if I've done any damage by cutting back. Last time I cut back to 90g a day in shakes, my albumin dropped and my dietitian told me to go back to 120g a day. That was several years ago, so now at almost 8 years out, I'm trying it again.
