2nd B - egg and bacon
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - leftover Chinese food
S - Cheetos  (they're all gone now)

4 calcium batches:
iron: skipping
evening batch:
heme iron:

none

Sorry I missed posting last night. I was binge watching Orange is the New Black. Awesome series.

Decaf protein coffee

2 scrambled eggs w/ crumbled sausage, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and a ton of cheese 

Decaf protein coffee

2 cookies

1/2 meatloaf sandwich 

few too many chips w/ onion dip

handful of M&M almonds

Iced Decaf protein coffee

buffalo chicken breast

spoonful of brown rice

Green beans

cheese crackers

Vanilla protein smoothie w/ a handful of fresh blueberries added in

vites: working on the last batch 

fluids: 90 oz.

I haven'****ched that series yet but I've been seeing good things about it. We binge watch good series a lot, there's just nothing much on during the summer.
