***Friday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Hi guys,
I totally lost count of all the grazing today. This was the plan that I didn't stick to.
BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - leftover meatloaf and green beans w/ corn
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done
EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer to work all day

Very nice! Beets! I like beets but I'm the only one in my family that does. {sigh}
