B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
D - pork stir fry
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: skipping 
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer to work all day

Bites: - got called into work early today, so just through some things together
