S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1 hard boiled eggs
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - bunless cheese burger w/tomato and mayo
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches:
iron: skipping
evening batch:
heme iron:
EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing to work at the computer all day
