Ugh! Grazed like crazy!  

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
S - 2 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - 2 hard boiled eggs
S - buttered toast...lots of butter
S - 3 bunless beef hot dogs
D - chef salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/blueberries

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing to work at the computer all day

chicken salad - big healthy salad, it was awesome homemade

grapes

rice krispy square

lasonza 

twix chocolate bar

bit of dried fruit and nuts, through the bag away, not my thing

yogurt

Vites: all in

Exercise: one hour hardcore

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Love salads. It was one of the last foods I tried a few years out. I was so scared, because of all the horror stories I read. Thankfully, I went slow, and only ate a tiny amount each time. Now it seems like I can eat tons of it.

protein decaf coffee

cheddar cheese sticks

pastrami sandwich from the deli. On rye. Only ate 1 slice of bread

I can sure put a dent in a large salad, unfortunately my scale is always up a couple of pounds when I do. It doesn't last but it's frustrating.
