Protein Powder

yeah I stick with Isopure 0 carb whey isolate. I've seen the beef protein but haven't tried it due to carbs.  I might try it oh yeah the one time I was going to try it they only had chocolate and I hate chocolate protein powder I'll do vanilla and make my own chocolate in fact thats all i buy is the vanilla and unflavored.and I can flavor it  anyway I want from there.
