B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - Greek yogurt
S - buttered popcorn
D - leftover stir fried pork w/Chinese cabbage, bamboo shoots
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - peanuts

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing to work at the computer all day

Have a strange toothache since Friday.  Seeing the dentist tomorrow.
