VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
2 - 15-minute walks, 20 leaning push-ups, 30 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day

Off work for the summer and out of my routine of posting. Have my one year surgiversary appt next week with labs. Fingers crossed.
