I missed checking in yesterday and it was such a good day, darn
but today well not as great, but not bad
Bites:
greek yogurt and banana
grapes and peanuts
spinach salad (large one)
greek yogurt
few cheezies, diet Pepsi
smokie, mac and cheese and mixed veggies
small bowl of ice cream
4 cookies with cup of tea
Excercites: biked to work 25 min and want to aquasize for a 45 min class and 20 min lane swim. So maybe the cookies aren't so bad, lol
not protein shake for me today, but will get one in tomorrow
Vites: all in
It is past bedtime so got to run, have a good night everyone
