hi, I'm about 6 weeks post op & I've hit a stand still w/ losing weight.  I've lost 47, but I haven't lost any in over ten days.  It's discouraging.  I can say I haven't been able to walk much because of work. I'm getting really down because of it & now reality is starting to set in & my moral is low..  Any suggestions ??

A stall right about now is completely normal.  Just keep on drinking and no carbs/sugar.

Take your measurements once a week.  During my 2-3 week stall I lost 13".  Your body has to catch up.  You lost 47lbs in 6 weeks.  Let your body recover a bit and stay off the scale.

The stall is normal. After dropping almost 50lbs, your body realizes something permanent has changed and the energy/fat store we all keep is being replenished. You'll start losing again but I would suggest you just stick with the plan and let nature take its course.
