B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - snack size buttered popcorn
D - chicken w/Alfredo sauce and 1/4 cup rice
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done
EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, and 40 squats
Standing to work all day

It's hot coffee. Here's how I do it:
Brew a pot of your favorite coffee
In a 20oz blender bottle w/wire ball add 3 oz of heavy cream or 1/2 & 1/2, add 3 more oz of cool water
Add a heaping scoop of vanilla Syntrax nectar protein powder, a dash of cinnamon and perhaps an extra Splenda packet
Cover and shake 5 seconds
Top off the cool protein with hot coffee
Cover and tilt gently to blend
Always add hot liquid on top of cool protein slurry to keep the protein from clumping and cooking

Grrrrr...........PCP sent me a copy of my labs. Vampires forgot to fill a tube for my PTH. The one result I was really waiting to see (calcium issues, Reclast)

Ugh! You gotta go back...add osteocalcin to the PTH test and really throw them for a loop! lol

Hi Everyone,
Bites:
after I got up from my night shift
banana
roast beef, beans, potatoes and cream corn and a few cubes of brick cheese
small bowl of ice cream
Vites: still supper and bedtime to go
Exercites: nothing today, very tired, really hot here and seem to need the rest, back on track tomorrow

Missing checking in, going to try to start fresh with my eating tomorrow, my plan is to go a week without a pop and to not have chocolate unless it it a protein shake - so thats the plan
