S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - chili
S - Greek yogurt
S - Saltines and peanut butter
S - snack size popcorn
D - bunless cheese burger a few bites of gluten free pancake
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
laundry and grand babysitting

working again today, so i'm not planning on trying anything new...had my 3 month appt the other day and down 75 pounds!!! :)

BITES (3 months out)

  • 2 syntrax shakes
  • 2 muscle milk RTD shakes
  • vanilla greek yogurt w/ blueberries
  • 1 oz cashews
  • strawberry cheesecake greek yogurt (YUMMM)

VITES:

  • Only have morning batch in so far...just tried the bariatric advantage calcium caramel chew, so good!!

EXERCITES:

  • 30 min walk around the neighborhood and then another 9 hour shift on my feet

HW: 291 --- SW (3/10/15): 264 --- CW (12/31/15) 153
