working again today, so i'm not planning on trying anything new...had my 3 month appt the other day and down 75 pounds!!! :)
BITES (3 months out)
- 2 syntrax shakes
- 2 muscle milk RTD shakes
- vanilla greek yogurt w/ blueberries
- 1 oz cashews
- strawberry cheesecake greek yogurt (YUMMM)
VITES:
- Only have morning batch in so far...just tried the bariatric advantage calcium caramel chew, so good!!
EXERCITES:
- 30 min walk around the neighborhood and then another 9 hour shift on my feet
HW: 291 --- SW (3/10/15): 264 --- CW (12/31/15) 153
