BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - gluten free pancakes
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - Greek yogurt
S - green beans

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks and 30 leaning push-ups
standing at the computer all day

I know. Right? When I saw it was national donut day, my first thought was " yeah, like I need a day to eat a donut."
